Stephen Kohn

I’m Stephen M. Kohn II — a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran, businessman, husband, and father — and I’ve spent my life in service to others.

My journey began in the Air Force, where I learned the values of integrity, accountability, and service before self. As a Service-Disabled Veteran, those values continue to guide me every day. After more than a decade in uniform, I came home to South Carolina determined to keep serving my community in new ways.

Today, I’m proud to be known as the “Broker for the People.” As the Market Center Team Leader at Keller Williams Greater Charleston and former Broker in Charge at Century 21 Excel, I’ve led a team that has helped more than 1,100 families find homes while mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals. My career has been built on creating opportunities, expanding access to affordable housing, and strengthening communities here in the Lowcountry.

Service doesn’t stop at work. I’ve served as President of the Charleston Area Realtist Association, President-Elect of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, and on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lowcountry and Lowcountry Youth Services. I’ve also worked to expand diversity, equity, and inclusion across the real estate industry and mentored countless young leaders. I’m also a published author (Unleash Your Purpose), a national leadership coach, and I’m completing my Doctorate in Leadership at Charleston Southern University.

But above all else, I’m a husband, a father, and a servant leader. That’s why I’m running for the South Carolina House of Representatives — to stand up to extremism, protect our freedoms, defend voting rights, restore women’s reproductive healthcare, lower costs for working families, invest in our public schools, and protect the environment we all share.

Together, we can build a stronger, fairer, and more prosperous South Carolina — not just for today, but for the next generation.
